01. Buying
1.1 How can I buy a digital product on NextKeys.io?
Do you need help to understand how the things work on NextKeys? Here's how you can buy digital products on the website!
How do I search for digital products on NextKeys.io?
First, take a look around to figure out what you want to buy. Are you interested in a specific software? You can find them using categories and/or the search bar on the header menu.
I found what I want to buy, what now?
Now that you have found what you were looking for, please check the details on the product page to make sure you're getting the right edition for your platform.
Now, add your product to the cart by clicking on the Add to cart button.I have added the products to the cart, how do I complete the purchase?
You are almost done! Check your cart content to see if the items are correct and for the right quantity. If everything is fine, you can click on Checkout. You will be taken to the checkout page where you can complete the payment and finish your purchase. Make sure to type the right email address with no typos, as you will receive it your product to that inbox.
I paid for my order, what should I do now?
Nothing, you are all set! All you need to is wait for the payment to be processed. Usually, it takes a few minutes, depending on the payment method you selected. Once it's completed, you will get the product bought ASAP. Most of the products in the catalogue are In Stock, so you will get them in a few seconds.
1.2 How can I buy wholesale on NextKeys.io?
NextKeys is an attractive place not only for retail buyers, but also for wholesalers interested in purchasing higher quantities. For security reasons, this option is available only for verified business users. Please reach out our department here to request it.
02. Payments
2.1 I paid, but my transaction doesn't seem to go through.
A transaction can take several minutes to be completed. The best practice, is to not close the checkout page when you are making a payment. If you accidentally close the window, please reach out to our specialists here.
2.2 I paid using Bitcoins, but my order is still pending. What next?
Paying with Bitcoins or other cryptocurrencies, in general, can result in delays or underpayment. Please allow 30-60 minutes for the blockchain to process your transfer. If your payment remains unverified for a longer period of time, please contact our specialists.
2.3 Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
At the moment, we do not issue invoices for retail purchases made on the shop. However, you get a receipt at your email address for every order, listing the products purchased, the quantity and the total amount spent. Verified business users eligible for wholesale orders can, instead, request an invoice.
2.4 My payment was refunded. How and when will I receive my funds back?
The time it will take for you to get the funds back, depend on the payment method you used for your order. Credit card payment usually take from 3-6 working days to reach your bank account. The funds will always be refunded to the same source of payment.
03. Shipping and Returns
3.1 I purchased a digital product. Where will I receive it?
All the items included in your order will be delivered digitally to your email address a few minutes after the checkout. No physical shipping takes place unless explicited.
3.2 How do I check the status of my order?
Click on the "My account" icon on the header bar to view your orders history. Next to each order, you will see both the payment and the fullfilment status.
3.3 I keep not receiving my order even though the payment was successful. What can I do?
The orders are delivered automatically after you get charged successfully. When this happens, you receive an email that says your items are available with a button to "Redeem the keys". If this doesn't happen, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- the payment processor hasn't unlocked the transaction completely yet, due to the security checks. In this case, we may need to review it and manually move on the order, something that may require a few hours
- the item you bought was in back-order, and not in-stock: we will be in touch to give you updates about the estimated delivery time
- the email was wrongly marked as Spam by your email provider
- the payment gateway marked your transaction as risky, so we need to manually verify and approve it
3.4 Can I return a product that I paid and received?
No. Once an order containing digital goods has been delivered and you had access to those product keys, it cannot be returned unless a proven issue is confirmed by our Support Team. If you need support with activation, please reach out to our specialists here. Therefore, we suggest you to read thoroughly all the specifications, limitations and activation guides listed on the products pages before completing the payment.
04. My Account
4.1 I have deleted the order delivery email. Where can I find my digital goods?
You can always access your product keys by clicking on the "My Account" icon on the header bar of NextKeys.io. Once there, locate the order you are interested in, and click on "Download". You will be redirected to a page that will display again the keys that were included in that delivery. If you order gets refunded for any reason, the keys will no longer be accessible.
4.2 I had an account on the your old website in 2020. How do I retrieve those purchases?
When we migrated the website to the new platform in 2021, we have also transferred your orders, that should be accessible by logging-in with the same email address you had. If you don't see those orders anymore, or you want to download the product keys again, please reach out our specialists here.
