Refund policy
Shop Orders
Due to the nature of the goods, all digital items and gift cards purchased through the online shop are non-returnable without a valid reason.
Within 30 days from the date of purchase, customers are encouraged to report any problems with the received product and provide evidence to support their claim. If the item is proven to be faulty due to reasons not associated with customer alteration or abuse, the customer is entitled to choose between a free replacement key or a full refund.
NextKeys reserves the right to decline reports in the following cases:
- The customer fails to cooperate by not providing the requested proof as requested by Customer Support, explaining the error code received, or refusing to describe the conditions that led to the reported issue.
- The store is informed beyond the specified time frame.
- The store has reason to believe that the customer's transactions are suspicious and potentially fraudulent.
Wholesale Orders
Each order placed on the website is limited to 5 pieces per product. We do not currently allow bulk orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
