Shipping policy

All items are shipped digitally to the email address provided during checkout or linked to your user account. No physical shipment takes place unless explicitly specified on the product page.

Upon payment for an order, you will immediately access the "Product Keys" for all "In Stock" items purchased in that transaction on the same page. There might be a slight delay in case we need to verify some additional information about your order or your payment method. Additionally, a button will allow you to download the corresponding "Activation Guide." You will also receive an automatic email containing the same information described above.

The email and the page displayed after a successful checkout, as described above, will be considered as the delivery of the item(s) to you.

In the case of pre-orders/backorders or unavailability of stock due to unforeseen reasons, you will be contacted via email and informed about the estimated time of delivery. Until then, the item(s) will not be considered as delivered.

If you are unable to access or download the item(s) you purchased, or if you do not receive an email from us, please contact us as soon as possible by filling out a Contact Form on the website.
