03. Shipping and Returns

3.1 I purchased a digital product. Where will I receive it?

All the items included in your order will be delivered digitally to your email address a few minutes after the checkout. No physical shipping takes place unless explicited.

3.2 How do I check the status of my order?

Click on the "My account" icon on the header bar to view your orders history. Next to each order, you will see both the payment and the fullfilment status.

3.3 I keep not receiving my order even though the payment was successful. What can I do?

The orders are delivered automatically after you get charged successfully. When this happens, you receive an email that says your items are available with a button to "Redeem the keys". If this doesn't happen, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • the payment processor hasn't unlocked the transaction completely yet, due to the security checks. In this case, we may need to review it and manually move on the order, something that may require a few hours
  • the item you bought was in back-order, and not in-stock: we will be in touch to give you updates about the estimated delivery time
  • the email was wrongly marked as Spam by your email provider
  • the payment gateway marked your transaction as risky, so we need to manually verify and approve it

3.4 Can I return a product that I paid and received?

No. Once an order containing digital goods has been delivered and you had access to those product keys, it cannot be returned unless a proven issue is confirmed by our Support Team. If you need support with activation, please reach out to our specialists here. Therefore, we suggest you to read thoroughly all the specifications, limitations and activation guides listed on the products pages before completing the payment.
